“This project is all about my mood when playing in warehouses and unusual venues. This set of tracks were made to hit these type of places and events. My whole vibe on these tracks is “Strictly Underground Dirty Moody House Rhythms” lots of bass > grooves > melodies > and hard hittin’ Sneak Beats. This is music for real DJs, the ones that can walk into a party no matter where and make that place bounce!” – DJ Sneak

About Volume 1
‘Moody Warehouse Music’ is the brand new series from original House Gangster DJ Sneak, primed to set dance-floors (and fields!) ablaze this Summer season and heralds the 50th release for Sneak’s Magnetic Recordings! Armed and dangerous with 4 giant bullets, ‘Moody Warehouse Music Vol 1‘ opens with the steamy Latin house flavoured ‘Going Get Got’, featuring an infectious “Gonna make you hot…” vocal hook over a feel good filtered groove. Turning up the thermostat, the tribal edged ‘Gone Gong’ pulsates with mad, driving percussive beat science and a haunting tribal chant. ‘Jam Hot’ is a slice of jackin power-house, giving a nod to Beats International’s classic ‘Dub Be Good To Me’, with a vocal sample riding over an insane hi-hat driven groove, dirty bass stabs and topped with an eerie breakdown. Closing this mighty package with a bang, ‘Jaqc Da Bass’ rides through the gates of dawn fully loaded with an incessant jackin’ groove and takes no prisoners, as Sneak toys with beats and acoustics, shooting the energy levels off the scale!
About Volume 2
